Every plan comes with a monthly credit package. 1 credit ≈ 1 written chat conversation (a complete customer ↔ AI exchange). 10 credits = 1 local SMS. Images, files, and documents have separate consumption displayed transparently in the dashboard, in real time. AI voice and phone calls are a separate product at kallina.info.

They do not roll over. At each subscription renewal your balance is brought back to the plan's monthly package; if your remaining balance is higher (for example after a large top-up), you keep the higher amount. Plan credits do not add up from month to month.

You buy extra credits yourself from the dashboard (manual top-up), at about $0.03/credit — 33 credits for every $1. There is no automatic top-up and no monthly cap to set. At 80% usage the dashboard shows a warning with a suggested top-up.

You move to a higher plan from the dashboard, under Subscription: pick the plan and pay through Stripe. The new subscription starts immediately and the old one stops automatically at the same moment, with no credit for its remaining days. Moving to a lower plan is not available in the dashboard: write to support. You cancel on your own from the Billing center (the Stripe portal), and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

20% discount for upfront annual payment. On Pro at $150/month, the annual cost is $1,440 instead of $1,800 — you save $360 + get 120,000 annual credits (10K × 12 months). On Pro with monthly billing, the first month is automatically 30% off at checkout ($105 instead of $150).

Self-serve — no setup is needed. For custom clients (exotic PMS not on the standard list, special integrations, multi-tenant white-label): one-time setup from $299 (custom Starter) up to $2,490 (Scale enterprise multi-location). Most clients don't need a setup — they use the standard plans.

Payment via Stripe (international Visa/Mastercard cards) · bank transfer (for Pro and Scale). A tax invoice with 20% VAT (Republic of Moldova) issued monthly. For B2B clients in the EU — reverse charge VAT.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Billing center (the Stripe portal) in the dashboard; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Before you leave, you can export your conversations (CSV, JSON or PDF, per conversation) and the dashboard data (CSV). Account deletion is requested by email: you have 30 days to change your mind, after which the account's identifying data is anonymized. How long backups and technical logs are kept is explained on the data deletion page.
