Can prescription medications be reserved?+
OTC products only (no prescription required). For prescription medications, Diana requests a photo of the prescription → escalation to a real pharmacist who verifies validity. Compliant with Law 195/2024 + pharmacist obligations.
How long does the reservation hold?+
Default 2 hours (configurable 1–6h). If the patient doesn’t show up, the marker is automatically removed and the pack goes back into stock.
