PERSONAL DATA DELETION

This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data that aichat.md (operated by MEGA PROMOTING S.R.L., State Registration Code 1019600021765, headquartered at MD-6814, Dănceni village, Ialoveni district, Republic of Moldova) has collected about you.

For end users (customers who chatted with an agent on Facebook/Instagram/website)

If you received an automated message from an AI agent operated by aichat.md on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, or a website widget, your conversation data is temporarily stored by aichat.md on behalf of the business you chatted with. To request its deletion:

1. Send an email to: privacy@aichat.md
2. In the subject line, write: "Personal Data Deletion Request (GDPR / Meta)"
3. In the message, include: your name, the email you used, the platform where you chatted (Facebook/Instagram/widget), the name of the page/site, and the approximate date of the conversation.
4. We will confirm receipt within 3 working days.
5. Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days of confirmation, in accordance with GDPR article 17 (the "right to be forgotten").

For direct aichat.md clients (companies using the platform)

If you have an active aichat.md account as the administrator of an AI agent, you have two deletion options:

1. In-account deletion: log into aichat.md → Settings → Security → "Delete account". The process is irreversible and deletes all associated data (agents, conversations, leads, settings).
2. Email deletion: send a request to privacy@aichat.md from your account's email address. We will verify identity and process the request within 30 days.
3. If you have an active subscription, it will be automatically cancelled. Refund (if applicable) is processed per the Terms of Service.

Deletion for users who signed in with Facebook

If you signed into aichat.md using Facebook Login, you can revoke our access to your Facebook data directly from Facebook: Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → find "aichat.md" → Remove. This revokes our access. To delete data already stored, follow the email steps above.

How long we retain data

• Active conversations: retained for the duration of the contractual relationship between aichat.md and the direct client (the business using the platform).
• Historical conversations: up to 24 months after the last interaction, if no deletion has been requested.
• Billing data: minimum 5 years, as required by Moldovan fiscal legislation.
• Technical logs: 90 days.
• Backups: up to 30 days after deletion from the active system.
