AI menu in the inbox

We added an AI assistant right inside the aichat.md inbox, next to the “Send” button. It appears as soon as you start typing a reply (from 2 characters) and helps you answer faster and better, without leaving the conversation.

From the menu you can choose:

• Write with AI — the assistant drafts a reply based on the conversation with the customer.
• Translate — your reply is automatically translated into the customer’s language.
• Change the tone — the same message, but more formal, friendlier or shorter.

You are always in control: you can edit the suggested text before sending it. The feature is available to every operator, in all platform languages.
