Delivery and takeaway orders from chat, sent straight to Syrve
The customer orders in chat, the agent sends the order straight to Syrve, and nobody has to retype it.
For restaurants that run on Syrve, the agent creates the order directly in the system. Each item is sent by its Syrve product code, so the portion or size the customer picked reaches the kitchen correctly. For delivery, the street is looked up in the Syrve street list and the order goes to the branch that delivers to that address; for takeaway, to the location the customer chose. After the order is placed, the customer can ask in chat what state it is in.
Before vs After aichat.md
Orders from Instagram and the website were copied into Syrve by hand. A wrong size or an address spelled differently went straight to the kitchen or the courier.
Once the customer confirms in chat, the order goes straight into Syrve, with items matched by code and the address checked. Your team sees it where they already work.
How it works in 3 steps
The customer chooses
They ask about the menu and say what they want; the agent confirms the items, quantities and variants.
Delivery or takeaway
For delivery, the agent asks for the address and checks the street in Syrve; for takeaway, it asks which location.
The order goes into Syrve
After the customer confirms, the order is created in Syrve. Later, the customer can ask about its status.
Example messages
- “I’d like the large set, delivered to my home.” → the agent asks for the address and checks the street in Syrve before placing the order
- “I’ll pick it up myself.” → the order goes to the chosen location as takeaway
- “Where is my order?” → the agent reads the order status from Syrve

Frequently asked questions
What do I need for this to work?+
A Syrve account with API access. When connecting, your locations and terminals are configured so that every order reaches the right branch.
Does it work if I don’t use Syrve?+
The direct connection exists only for Syrve. With another system, the agent can collect the order in chat and send it to your team in a Telegram group, by e-mail or to Google Sheets, and your team enters it.
