A client asks about a manicure on Instagram; the agent sees the free slots in Altegio and books her with the right master.
The agent uses the data in your Altegio account: services with their price and duration, your masters and their free slots. The client picks a service and a time, and the agent creates the appointment with her name and phone number. From the same chat, clients can see their appointments, move them or cancel them. If you turn reminders on, clients get an SMS with a confirmation link the day before, and confirmations and cancellations made through the link are posted in your Telegram group.

Your Altegio company ID, with booking creation turned on in the integration settings. To look up, move and cancel existing appointments, the agent also needs the salon’s Altegio user token.
How much do SMS reminders cost?+
Each SMS costs 10 credits from your account. Reminders stay off until you turn them on.
Does it work for several branches?+
Yes. Each branch is connected as a separate Altegio integration, with its own reminder settings: salon name, logo, address and the Telegram group that gets notified.
